Motorized private transportation
The Nydegg Bridge is completely closed from March 8ᵗʰ 2027 – December 2028. Feeder traffic is being rerouted via Untertor Bridge, while other traffic is being rerouted on a wider scale via the Kornhaus Bridge, Monbijou Bridge and Lorraine Bridge.
Public transportation
From March 8ᵗʰ 2027 – October 2028 the Bus line 12 is being rerouted via Untertor Bridge and Nydeggstalden . A temporary bus stop will be set up there.
Pedestrians
From March 15ᵗʰ - June 2028, pedestrians will cross the Aare via a walkway approximately three meters wide at the Nydegg Bridge.
Cyclists
Cyclists will use the same walkway as pedestrians and must push their bikes across. Those who wish to ride continuously should use the detour for motorized private vehicles.
